Some Incoming calls to IPCCX 5.0 getting aborted. Pls help

Hi,

We have IPCCX 5.0(2) with CCM 5.1.

When I ran the historical reports for Aborted and Rejected Call report, I found that 2 calls were aborted with the reason "com.cisco.app.ApplicationTaskInactiveException".

I would like to know what does this reason mean and Is there anything I can do to prevent the calls getting aborted?

Also, I would like to know the difference between an abandoned call and an aborted call?

This is looks like issue in session ID or JTAPI driver on the server or something in that direction Please verify the above things.

Hi there,

I have got the same problem.

In my case the calls seems to be aborted after 33 minutes. Thats almost exact 2000 seconds. Is that just a coincidence?

How do I check the Session ID and the JTAPI driver mentioned in the post above?
