LMS 2.6 Interface Module view issue.....

Hi,

Customer has WS-C6509-E switch with WS-SUP720-3B. they are running LMS 2.6 for this network monitoring. Newly they added WS-X6708-10G-3C interface module in existing switch. Now we are not able to see the Chassis view on Ciscoview for this module....

Can anyone help me out which LMS version will supported WS-X6708-10G-3C module in order to view the chassis view or send me the sysobject id for this module in order to support on LMS.

We are running Version 12.2(18)SXF11 with IPServices image....

Mohamed,

Have you updated all your ciscoview packages in ciscoworks? There is a chance that this package is not available yet.

Can you please confirm this package will available for LMS 2.6 or the customer needs to updated with LMS 3.x ?

If the package is available then no issue if not tell me the correct version of LMS which is supported this module ?
