Hi!
I've updated one of our ASA's from 8.0.3.19 to 8.0.4 and it doesn't boot into system. Step back to 8.0.3.19 also doesn't help anymore.
Enclosed is the crashdump:

Hi,
thanks, but I've used 8.0.4 the last days without any problems. I erased complete flash within ROMMON but everytime I load an image via TFTP ASA says theres no image in "/".
Will I have to format the flash in ROMMON?
Thanks

I used another TFTP-Server and 8.0.3 Image, now I get:
Cisco Security Appliance admin loader (3.0) #0: Tue Nov 6 23:01:24 MST 2007
Loading...
â¬mount: Mounting /dev/hda1 on /mnt/disk0 failed: No such device or address
mount: Mounting /dev/hda1 on /mnt/disk0 failed: No such device or address
Doesn't sound good to me :(

Maybe the image you downloaded is corrupted?
Did you verify the MD5 has after downloading from the internet?

Hi,
I have tested multiple images, which were working fine with other ASA's.
Thanks
