Phone 7937
I have installed a 7937 and internal calls in and out work fine
external incoming calls works fine
but external outgoing calls will ring but disconnect as soon as the user connects - have checked the config but cannot understand why this happens?
any ideas?

what codec are you using for the outgoing calls and are you using MGCP or H323?
sounds like a codec issue

You'll need to give me the config of the PSTN gateway. Is this FXO, PRI or T1?
