VLAN Routing

Could someone point me i the right direction, on how to route all traffice from (2) VLANS into and out of specific ports on our core router.

We are putting a LAN accelerator in between.

If the routing table will not route the traffic to the specific ports then you need to override the routing table and to do that you need to look at PBR (Policy Based Routing) which allows you to specify the next hop based on something other than the destination IP address ie. you can do it on the source address (the vlan subnet) or the input interface.
