IP Phone hangs on receiving incoming call

One of our IP Phones cannot pick up the incoming call by pressing the answer key. And when calling party keeps the line down, IP Phone goes on speaker. It has happened twice with this IP Phone. Also from some of our IP Phones, we could not able to disconnect the calls by pressing endcall. Server utilization is OK. What could be the reason?

Could you please upload a CCM detailed trace while having the problem?

Also include the application log.
