I need to make this upgrade the CCM 4.0.2 to 6.1.2 but it not the same device, the 6.1.2 is a new MCS 7935

For make the upgrade can use DMA to make a backup at CCM 4.0.2 to load directly the tar file CCM 6.1.2?

no, you cannot upgrade from that version to 6.1(2), you require a mid-upgrade

And for make the upgrade to 4.0.2 to 4.2(3) can use a BARS backup? or I need use other utility?

What's is the procedure for this upgrade?

no BARS is for a backup and restore on the EXACT SAME version (meaning EXACT SAME ES OR SR, no less, no more)

upgrade is pretty simple, download the .exe files and execute them. make sure you meet the minimum OS requirements before that.
