How can I use only IP phone to connect agen to CAD? Can I do this without computer?

what do you mean by this..Do you mean you ant to enable cisco IP Phone Agent...CAD is Cisco agent Desktop..and IPPA is one f this

I think you're trying to use IPPA (IP phone agent) to log agents in either with UCCE or UCCX. This can be done without a computer. You will need to create an ip phone service in UCM for IPPA, and assign that IP phone service to each ip agent phone. You will also need to associate the devices with your jtapi user. This is fairly well documented - just search with the specific versions you're using.

Service URL: Enter the URL for the service. For example, http://172.16.240.149:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp where 172.16.240.149 is the IP address of the machine where the Agent State service is loaded.
Is it IP address of CAD server?

and I successfully loged in the phone. But only if I used mandatory parameters: Ext,Id,Pwd.
If I use service without parameters I receive: "An error wa received from the LDAP service and entries made in the log file"
Can anybody halp me for this question?
