My customer is running a guest access vlan and is being directed to a firewall. He says the FW is set to not handle packet size over 1500.
Is there a way to adjust the packet size on the LWAPP side to limit it to 1500?

What I have been told and heard, is that this can't be changed. If you search the forum on lwapp mtu, there are others out there with issues similar to yours.

We ran into this issue with sites that were on a site to site VPN. disabling the df bit fixed that, but what you can do to get around the MTU issue is run the access point in HREAP mode if it supports that feature. Then data isn't sent through the LWAPP tunnel. The other option is to change the MTU on your clients to 1400 something. It's not ideal to do that unless you only have a few clients.
