Identification (Caller ID) on Call Pickup

Hi Guys,

My Customer have a CallManager that was version 4.1.3 and we upgrade to 4.2.1, but, when It using Call Pickup, the call is captured but not is identifier that which Director Number was captured. Any Idea?
