Guys... Just wanted to know ,is it possible to configure/terminate ipsec vpn tunnel on cisco 3750 switch.

NO u cant, u can on CAT 6500 with VPN module!

by the way there is a series of 3550 that support vpn but not ipsec L2 and L3 vpn for service providers
called Cisco Catalyst 3550 Series Switches for Metro Access
