its depend on ur topology?

if u are giving a vertual IP address to ur client that represent those both VPN it works or using failover with ASA but if u use defrent IPs for each vpn termination point inthis case the failover needs reestblitioment to the vpn and u need to add the second IP for the second vpn device as a backup IP in the vpn client software
