ASA 5510 with CSC module

I have an ASA that the customer says they have been noticing their internet getting slow and they reboot their ASA and their internet is back to normal. I am going to gather more info the next time that it happens but as of right now they called me the other day when their internet was slow and I did a clear xlate and their internet was immediately better. Any ideas what might be going on?

A little more information would help, is this a sudden event, when did the slowness began, any changes or installs in firewall?


What is slow, downloading/uploading files or just web browsing?


First conduct the regular systematic analisys prior to rebooting the firewall or clearing xlate table, have a look at this link for most commong points to check and start rulling out one by one.
