When outside caller gets vm and wants to 0 out to operator, I want the call to be transferred to a receptionist number which is not a subscriber. I can't seem to get it to work. If I transfer to a unity subscriber number it works but not to a number that is not a subscriber.
That is what I'm doing. when you 0 it sends to operator call handler which transfers to an extension. If the extension is a defined to unity connect the transfer happens othewise I get operator is not available.
thanks everyone. It turns out the issue is with the integration with NEC via pimg that is the issue not Unity Connection
