route traffic to backup route

This is our layout

Site 1 Backup VPN (WAN) ISA Server(LAN)--------------Cisco 3750--------Cisco 1240 AP Wireless to other site

Site 2 Backup VPN (WAN) ISA Server(LAN)------------Cisco 3560----------Cisco 1240 AP Wireless to other site

I'm trying to get the VPN connection as a backup if the wireless fails

How can I set the switches to route the traffic to the VPN if the wireless fails?

Any help is greatly apriciated.

I think this would work for your 3750.
