Hello Prasanth,

Have you checked the IP address of the first CCM? Are you using hostnames or IP Addresses under System >> Server? If you are using hostnames, please change then to their respective IP Address, perhaps the phone do not have a DNS that can resolve the server hostname. Then, go ahead and restart the Cisco TFTP service.
