500 matching records

I have problem with CCM 4.2 and message:

"Warning! Search too general; results truncated"

"Greater than 500 records matched, but only the first 500 will be displayed."

"Please refine your search."

Is it possible to change CCM config to show all matched records?

would be really helpful if you say where you get the message and not only the message you get

only think i could think of just with what you say would be the enterprise parameter "max lookup items" but default is 1000, not 500

I believe he is talking about User search results not max lookup items.

Are you using DCD or AD?

We need to be aware that this will impact CUCM performance and also we may need to modify the Scripttimeout in IIS.

Yes, I am talking about User search results.

It is AD, and I do not think that it will impact CUCM 4.2 performance, because it was working on old CCM 3.3.

Hello,

Can you please tell me how to change config and make it show more than 500 users? Users are under DCD. I know that problem is connected with paging parameter under DCD, but I do not know how can I change it.
