Multicast routing

Hi

I am using Cisco 3750 and have connected different multicast sources in two different VLANS. I ve enabled Pim sparse-dense-mode on both the VLANS but I am not getting multicast from Source A connected in VLAN X. I am aiming to recieve the multicast on one of the ports in VLAN Y.

Is the receiving host in VLAN Y sending an IGMP Join for the group? Verify the source is actually sending the traffic with 'show ip mroute' and verify the receiver is sending the IGMP join with 'show ip igmp groups x.x.x.x detail', where 'x.x.x.x' is the group address.

Make sure also that the TTL set on the IP packets generated by the source is greater than 1 so that they can leave the local subnet. This is a very frequent issue with multicast applications.
