Hi,
I have a problem with sip incoming calls: the incoming call arrive to a 7931 IP phone, If i set a Forward no answer to another phone the call fail.
If I set an Hutgrout with the same phones the calls work well.
I need to route the incoming call to a sigle phone not to a group. How can I sove the problem?
Thanks

Hello Fabrizio,
Do you have MTPs on that SIP trunk? Is it possible to transfer a call from the SIP trunk?
In addition, would it be possible to get a trace file of a failed call?
Thanks!

Sorry for the dalay!!!
I don't know what are MTPs Sorry.
Yes It is possible to tranfer the call.
What about the trace what you need? I can collect the WAN sip messages, the dila-peer debug. Let me know what you need.
Thanks.
