I have got a setup of complete ICM on one MCS and cvp and ccm on seperate machines i have got agent logged in and all ccm pg and vru pg pims are online but the only problem is that when the call goes through the script to the agent through "queue to skill group" node the call drops one more thing which i would like to mention is that i m trying to establish warm transfer so the call is made through IPT.
the router log viewer says that
"18:33:13 Attempted to send call to agent haroon.rasheed (ID 5002) on peripheral CCMPG (ID 5002) at device target 5012 which had no label for routing client VRUPG.RC (ID 5003)"
now i have made the device target with the label of vru pg and cm pg so wht sort of device target is it talking about??

my first question is, is the call coming from the PSTN or from CCM?
