NAM - ftp backup...showing following errors

Hi,

I am trying to take backup of daily reports from my NAM to ftp server.

I am receiving constant error :

42. 25 Aug 07:41:03 FTP report failed. cd Access failed 550 /C /Inetpub/ftproot/Aug-25-08 The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. (/C \Inetpub\ftproot/Aug-25-08)

43. 25 Aug 07:36:03 FTP report failed. cd Login failed 530 User hclcomnet cannot log in.

44. 25 Aug 07:31:04 FTP report failed. cd Access failed 550 /C /Inetpub/ftproot/Aug-25-08 The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. (/C \\\\Inetpub\\\\ftproot/Aug-25-08

Please help.

It looks like your NAM's FTP configuration is invalid. The user hclcomnet cannot log in to the FTP server, and the directory syntax isn't good. You need to correct these things under Admin > System > FTP Configuration, then make sure your scheduled report export is using the proper FTP entry.
