Upgrade from Enterprise Services to Advances IP Services

I run today IOS 12.2.18SXF5 on a number of 6500 nodes in my network and are planning to upgrade to 12.2.33 Advanced IP Services. Is there a license fee for this?

The change from 12.2(18) to 12.2(33) would be covered without charge if the switches are covered by an active maintenance contract. However the change from Enterprise Services to Advanced IP Services would be a change in licensing. There typically is a fee for changes in license.
