I have a scenario, suppose there are 2 extensions - 100 & 101. Now when a call comes in & ext 100 doesn't answer, it's forwarded to ext 101 by CCM. Now if ext 101 doesn't answer, is it possible to forward it to ext 100's Voice Mail?
I am not sure if this is possible, the reason is that CUE uses the re-directed number unlike unity that uses the called number. Here the redirected number is 101, so it will go to 101's VM
