The Media master bar is part of the custom Outlook form installed by ViewMail. Other things not mentioned in the above thread that can cause issues - From Outlook, go to Tools - select Options - select Other tab, then select Advanced Options. On this tab, select Add-in Manager and make sure ViewMail Extensions is checked. Occasionally Outlook will "disable" ViewMail - in Outlook 2003 click Help About Microsoft Outlook and select the Disabled Items button. If ViewMail is disabled here, re-enable it.
