Cannot connect to WiSM module

Hi Guys

I am having an issue with a WiSm module running 4.1.185, where connectivity to the blade is very intermitent, it connects for about 10 minutes and then dies, the only way we get it back is by cold starting the module by pulling it out of the chassis and then back in again, we have to do this up to three times to establish a connection.

Even though I cant ping or telnet to the controller I can still session onto to it.

anyone seen this before, does it sound like a faulty card or a network issue

What does the show wism status show on the chassis?
