we are running a Catalyst 6500 with 12.2(18)SXF8. Is it possible to configure this switch as a radius server? And if yes: is there anyone with a working configuration?
As far as I know switches and routers cannot be RADIUS servers. You can use the local database for administration or use an external RADIUS/TACACS+ server for authentication. There are many free RADIUS server software on the web.
