Changing Unity Partner Exchange Server

Hello. My exchange team is in the process of moving subscribers mailboxes to a different server. They are about 50% done. Is there a best practice when I should re-run the Message Store Wizard and change the partner server to this new one? thanks

since you don't mention your unity version look under CCO "unity reconfiguration guide"

and open the link for your version, there is a topic on the left on how to change the partner exchange server

Yes, I have the doc. It is Unity 4.21 My questions pertained to when is the best time to do this, during, or after, they are done moving mailboxes.
