We have CCM 4.1 at my office, some time some phone will go to HUNG mode(once the user dialed the connected to destination number automatically the call will disconnect or we will get the beep sound).

Hi,
Have you traced the call through the router to see specifically what is happening? Or, it may be helpful to look at the trace logs on the server to see the details (use the MAC of the phone then StationINIT ID to make it easier).
How often does this happen (1 in 5, 3 in 5 calls?)?

if its hung, phone required hard re-boot then it will work...
