We are using Cisco CSS 11503 for few years. We recently noticed that the users complaint the slowness in the application and session timeout. We increase the flow-timeout and the session can take longer but there is still slowness exist. If the user goes to the server bypassing the Load Balancer the application response faster but if the users use VIP the performance slow down. The user's don't have the problem via VIP when logging to the site the issues comes when they run a large query (10 to 15 minutes) which get data from the database. We are able to create the problem on few applications running in our environment.

I check the CSS cpu , memory and log all seems to be fine and we don't have more then 30 contents behind the load balancer and even the traffic passing isn't a lot.
