Doing a debug on the ASA can help, put this commands
"debug cry ips"
"debug cry isa"
Then initiate a ping to the subnet in your main office.
Capture the debug messages on the screen.
if you don't get any debug message on the screen , then check the following
- proper routing for the remote end IP subnet
- correct Crypto Access-list
