NIght Service

I have night service configured on my UC520 system so that after hours calls are transferred to the CUE AA pilot number. Regular business hours calls go directly to a receptionist.

The problem is that sometimes it goes to the AA as expected and at other times it goes to the receptionists voice-mail. Does anyone know what could be causing this.

Receptionists Ephone-dn

number 600

call-forward noan 500 (VM)

call-forward busy 500 (VM)

call-forward night service 501 (AA)

night service bell

Right now for testing I have all hours configured as night service hours under telephony service configurations.

Thanks in advance for help.

I forgot to add something that appears to be related:

When I call the receptionist's extension at 600 sometimes I'll get the voicemail even though the receptionist line is on hook.

This may have started when I mapped a Call Connector client to the receptionists phone...but for troubleshooting I've disabled the Call Connector app.
