I've troubleshooted this to the best of my experience and I have not been able to make it work.
I have a AA call handler in Unity Connections , Ive created a CTI RP 4200 with CFA to Voicemail, I've created even Call routing rules in Unity Connections directly and transfer, and still cannot make Unity Connection to answer.
When dialing the CTI RP and get a Fast Busy. I am able to reach the Unity Pilot number and get the gral greetings.
any ideas ?
