Wildcard mask calculation

Hi Masters,

I'm wondering how to do route filtering based on the wildcard mask, i not understand the calculation of wildcard mask.

For Example : filter routes only 10.1.1.3 to 10.1.6. Using wildcard mask.

* understand how to calculate like 10.1.1.1 to 10.1.1.10 in sequence, but not in "jump" way.

Any good url for understand this ?
