problem to insert phone using BAT

I encoutered the following error when using the BAT to insert the phone "Couldn't create user object. Check if DC Directory is running."

I have checked and the DC directory server is definitely running. however it still doesnt allow me to insert phones via BAT. any idea?

Symptom Couldn't create user object. Check if DC Directory is running.

Explanation DC Directory is not running, or it returned an error.

Recommended Action Choose Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services and check whether the service "DC Directory Server" is running. If it is not, start the service and return to BAT to proceed with the bulk transaction.

probably you're trying to insert the phone and user, have you tried restarting the DCD service?
