Unable to make external calls with VT advantage enabled

I have rolled out CCM 612 business addition. I am also using VT advantage for video calls. When I turn the vy advantage software on, I am unable to make external calls. When I debug Q931 on the voice gateway, it tells me that the call is a non ISDN call. When I turn the VT advantage off, I can make external calls no problem. Has anyone seen this problem before?
