interesting problem with hunt groups and call pick up groups

Hi,

We have CCM 5.1

We are having an interesting problem with hunt groups and call pick up groups.

Phones A, B, C are part of a hunt group and also a call pick up group.

When someone dials phone A directly, both B and C are able to pick up the call from their phones.

But When someone dials the hunt pilot number and then the phone A starts ringing, B and C are not able to pick up that call. They are getting the message "No call available for pickup" on their phones, when they press the pick-up button.

Is there anyway I can have a member of a call pickup group pick the call that is ringing on the other member's phone ( and that came via the hunt pilot)?

Hi,

We solved the issue.

We set the enterprise parameter Cisco Support Use 1 as CSCsb42763.

This allows a Hunt Pilot to have a call pickup group assigned.

Now B and C are able to pick up a call ringing on phone A (even if the call came via the hunt piliot)
