Hi, the incedent happened in our customer place that IP Phones were keep on ringing on incoming call and when user tries to pick up the call, call was getting disconnected. Also when user presses end call, call was not getting ended. Our cTI route points which were registered to subscriber started showing unregistered. When we rebooted the publisher, all issues resolved. now customer needs to know the exact cause behind this. Can anyone suggest? Thanks in advance

Hi Abhijit, this looks like a QoS issue especially with the delay to dial issue and phone being unresponsive. Do you have QoS configured on your LAN and WAN?

Yes, we have QoS configured on our LAN. But there was no change done on QoS level on that day.

Are these phone located on a remote site over the WAN or located on same site with the CallManager?
