Agents stuck in reserved state IPCCX 4.0(5)

Occasionaly I have agents that get stuck in a reserved state and are forced to logout on the CAD.

TAC forwarded me a knowledge base ID: 45160. The document they forwarded me is for IPCC 3.0(2).

I do have some scripts that use Select Resource w/ Connect set to NO. Just like the document says I do Goto on the failed Connect step and then loop to the Queued step just like the document outlines.

Do bug IDs CSCeb36950 and CSCdx46617 still apply to IPCCX 4.0(5) sr2 or have they been resolved.

One would think the later versions may have fixed all previous known bugs, but that would be too good.

Yes you may want to check for the right patch for your version but seems like its a bug fix for 4.x
