Call Manager / Unity test plan

Has anyone taken the time to document a good test plan for a typical CM / Unity cluster. It seems I always finish up with an install and then sit and around and wonder did I do everything. I am looking for a check list of sorts that I can run through at the end of an install to make sure I have done everything...MoH , Conf , MWI etc etc

about checking that all is set for CUCM / unity, i'd recommend to read carefully the integration guides.

Hi,

attached are some steps I have used recently for a new install.

You may need to adjust the formating as this was in pdf, I just copied and pasted some details in word to get you going..
