MoH setup on CCM 6.01

Hi All,

We have CCM 6.01 set up. I have uploaded MoH file under media Resources > MoH Audio File Management, after this I went to Media resources > MoH audio sources and set the streaming number for the MoH file.

I have since then reset MGRL and the Music on Hold server and still I get dead air on the phones when the hold button is pressed. Have I missed anything here.

Try and restart the Cisco IP Voice Media Streeming App service...

which codec are the phones expecting?? by default only G711Ulaw is enabled, if you need more codecs enable them under IPVMS service parameters
