IP SLA does not support HTTPS operations, only HTTP. The problem comes from the complexity involved with SSL and certificates. There is currently no plan to implement SSL support.

That said, you could create a simple TCP connect operation to port 443 of the server. The collector would not track page load time, but you could at least check TCP connection latency.
