CUE AA question

Good day,

I am looking for suggestions on an CUE AA script. My customer would like after business hours to ring a shared-dn, if no-one answers they would like an automated message to play and then hang up. Has anyone set this up? Any suggestions on the best way?

You will need to set up a number that will act as the Auto Attendant in CUE. Then you will need a voip dialpeer to send that number to CUE. Next you will need to set the forward no answer and busy options on the ephone-dn to the Auto Attendant pilot. You can use the CUE script editor to create a basic script that consists of an 'Accept' step then a 'Prompt'and then a 'Terminate' step. Also in the newer versions of CUE there is a new built in script editor that is extremely basic to use.
