Hi!
I have CUCM 5.1.3 and want use attendant console at reception.
I download plugin from CUCM, configure test application user and include this user to the Standard CTI Enabled group, the Standard CTI Allow Call Park Monitoring group, and the Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices user group.
When i start using attendant console - enter login and pass of test user i connect, but after i use button "go to online" i see next message:
"Initialization of call control failed. retrying..."
What's wrong?

Other function working properly - i see directory and tel line status of all telephone.

are you using AC user and password ?

Hm... it's strange, but after reload attendant service it's working...
But:
I have 2 line on telephone - on attendant console i can manage only first line, second not active.
And i configure attendant pilot on number 4444 but i don't see this on broadcast table in attendant console...

make sure that the user you created that will use this phone is also specified in the Device settings. And for the AC user account, make sure that the device is also associated with the AC account.
