Dear Friends. I want to know the call flow in the unity server. I want to know call flow for direct call and forwarded call.

direct is when you call the pilot, FW when following a call forward option.

not sure if that's what you're looking for, if not, please elaborate

you can use the call viewer to see this

I believe Unity use Direct Call Routing Rule when you push the message button on your phone (when checking voicemails) and if Voicemail account exist in Unity, it iwll take u to ur mailbox, prompt for a password.

In Forwarding rule, you get the greeting of that particular user. Used when someone try to leave u a voice message.....
