I have a user request to provide hold times on a DN. This is not a call center where we can use the Historical Reporting tool.

This is just a simple DN and I need to report on hold times.

Anyone know where this is buried in the CDR?

AFAIK hold and talk time are both considered connected time so there is no way to distinguish how much time you were on each state
