IPCC Express - Random Failover

Hi i have two IPCC 4.0(2)in failover. Weeks ago the servers began to randomly change their roles from active to pasive. I found in the event viewer the event attached.

Also we have a problem with 7941 phones. The agents that has that phones get disconnected randomly.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks for your time.

Looks like some issues in your primary subsystems. You may browse the systems message in appadmin CRS administration or if you can afford re start check for clean sheet if all is good you should be fine.
