We have a Unity that has multiple clients. Each client has it's own administrator. How could you config/restrict their access to prevent them from changing/viewing the other clients.

There is someting called GrantUnityAccess in Cisco Unity Tools depot that you can use to assign/restrict priviledges to a Unity box.

that only allows you to define if they can log into the page, is not granular enough to define which users can be handled by which admin. any admin that can log in will be able to manage all users

I dont think you can make UnityAdmin a role to administer only certain number of users, thats by design I think.
