We have two ASA5550's. I copied the configuration from one ASA to another. The configuration on both looks the same. However, I can't SSH to the ASA that I copied the configuration to. I can telnet and Console to it, however. Do you have any suggestions?

You probably have to generate the RSA keys with:

config t

ca generate rsa key 1024

since the keys don't get included in the config.

Thanks for your prompt response.

When I typed the above command, it recommended me to use the command "crypto key generate". So, I typed "crypto key generate rsa usage-keys". Do these commands mean the same? I am not sure what key was generated. I was able to SSH, but I want to make sure these two commands are the same.

By the way, I am running version 7.1(2).

yes...sorry the commands are the same... I didn't have an ASA in front of me when I replied so I did it from memory.
