IP Phone "Directories" button

Hello

I have IP Phone 7941 installed recentrly

and when I press "Directories" button on IP phone, in some phones, "Personal Direcotry and Corporate Directory" is not showing.

Please help me with this issue

Hi

the CUCM version is 6.1.1.2000-3

and phone model is 7941G

first thing i would check would be the firmware version from working and non-working phones
