CME 4.3 Caller ID Name missing until a call is answered

A couple of months ago we changed the Config on our CME 4.3 system to use the "voice hunt-group parallel" feature. The new config uses the "hunt-group parallel" option to ring a group of phones when a call comes in. In order to handle multiple incoming calls, we have 3 dn's for each phone with different preference levels, and each of those is assigned to a different button on the ephone. When a call comes in, all of the phones show the Caller ID Number, but not the Name. Then when one of the phones answers the call, that one phone will get the caller ID Name. Is this a CME bug? or is that just the way the "hunt-group parallel" works?

I have this problem too.
